One of the most listened-to artists on Spotify, with almost 7 million monthly listeners, his album Mélo, released in 2022 and certified triple platinum, was the most listened-to project on the platform in 2023.

Tiakola, the hit-maker of his generation, with a string of featurings and a string of certifications, made his comeback in 2023 with the project ‘La Mélo est GangX’ in collaboration with Gazo. This joint project has already been certified platinum.

Between winning 3 out of 8 nominations at the first Flammes ceremony, Tiakola continued his ascent in 2024 and unveiled a surprise EP entitled ‘X’, released in March, a project that put music back at the centre and the rap side that has never left him.

In July 2024, Tiakola announced the release of his first mixtape, ‘BDLM Vol. 1’, a unifying project featuring over twenty artists to be released on 20 September 2024.
