If you think your tickets have been lost or stolen, please go to the sales link for the event for which you bought tickets. Click on Help and enter the email address you used to order your tickets.

Can I change my reservation?
Once a reservation has been made, we cannot exchange or cancel it. You can always resell your tickets securely on TicketSwap.
Is it possible to add a place to an existing order?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. But there's nothing to stop you from buying additional seats via a new order.
Can I get a refund?
No, but you can always resell your tickets securely on TicketSwap.
My show has been postponed or cancelled. How can I get my money back?
As soon as the cancellation is announced, you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information.
