RESERVED TICKETS

For some concerts, hundreds of tickets are specially reserved for ING customers. To buy them, click on “ING Tickets” on the page of the concert you’re interested in. All you have to do is pay with your ING Belgium card, and that’s it! What’s more, if a concert is sold out to the general public but there are still ING tickets available, they will still be open for purchase by customers for 72 hours.

ING PRIORITY ACCESS

As an ING customer, you have the opportunity to be one of the privileged few to enjoy priority access to the show! It’s a dream come true to be the first to enter the auditorium and sit in the front row to enjoy the show! To do so, you must be among the first 300 to buy your ING tickets and tick the “ING Priority Access” option. To take advantage of your priority access on the day of the show, all you have to do is go to the “ING Priority Access” door at the south entrance of ING Arena at the “Opening doors priority access” time indicated on your ticket. Follow the on-the-spot instructions and be punctual so you don’t miss out on this exceptional advantage!
