From the countryside to the city, from Africa to Europe, from bachelorhood to family life, from anonymity to notoriety. Through his various experiences, he concludes that movement is life. He invites everyone to open themselves up to travel and encounters, which he sees as the best remedies against withdrawal and stagnation.
