How do you make new friends as a sober adult? Where do the emotions go that we don’t allow ourselves to feel? What’s the best way to make a body disappear? Do other people all pretend to know what to do with their lives? Or are we the only ones who don’t understand? How much do you have to pretend to love a gift you hate? Why don’t people put on end-of-year shows when they’ve grown up?
The show doesn’t answer any of these questions, but it does have the merit of asking them.
